Can you not restore to before you installed this program? I've never heard of firebox but Google Earth is working fine!

have you tried espresso's suggestion of using system restore to roll back before you installed firefox
Ever stop to think and forget to start again?
  • what firefox did you unistall ?, becasue a system restore will not solve your problem, sorry system restore will be no good, or any point. you have unistalled the programme so there will be nothing to renistall through system restore because you have deleted it or removed it completey with add and remove programme. if im correct.

your best bet is to go to the firefox website and try and see if you can reinstall it from there.

sorry i cant help you much.

    see you from kerry.

don't think the point is about firefox but other apps not working, restoring to a point when the apps were working - which sys restore does - might help.

Uninstalling firefox alone shouldnt have stopped the other things working. Did you remove anything else aswell?

Firefox doesn't generally cause problems with other components or programs on your PC as it's an open-source browser (highly recomended for fast browsing). Have you checked to see if there are any other interfering programs? Might be good to run a virus scan and a spyware check!
