You sound like me 18 months ago!
I was sick of hankering after my too small clothes so I got rid. 4 binbags to the charity shop! And you know what? That one act made me determined to change myself. I joined WW a week later ant in 6 months I lost 2 stone! It was so uplifting to go shopping and be able to buy loads of new size 12 clothes. It was ironic that ihad recently thrown loads away, but they were mostly things I wouldn't have bought if I'd seen them in the shop now. I think there was one dress which a regretted chucking for ooh, about a nanosecond but it was lost under a general feeling of elation at the new me!
