What help can my dad get?

Hi,

I'm 20 and I'm going back into full time education after 3 years of working. I'm going to be living with my dad while I'm at school and I was wondering what help he could get, benefit wise?

Would I be classed as a dependant, even though I'm over 18?

Thanks for any help

He will keep his 25% discount as you are a student but he won't receive any benefits for you, although obviously he'll receive the money you give him for your keep.

When you say school, do you mean college or university, ie. what level of course will you be doing as this will affect your funding.
