As title, my understanding is that Routing Guide map ER applies for an 'any permitted' Peterborough-London Terminals season ticket.
ER shows Peterborough-Ely-Cambridge-Stansted-Liverpool St as a permitted route, so I'm wondering if that includes use of Stansted Express train?

The 'Stansted Express' is just an ordinary train - there is no special ticketing for it.
So yes, if your original understanding is correct.0
