Next time buy your tickets from the company instead of some crook selling them down a back alley and they'll probably be more helpful if things go wrong!

Yes, he said he was a genuine fan, and couldn't make it due to a holiday and didn't believe in selling it on at a massive profit.

I don't want to reveal too much detail, but this guy had faked identities, and even company name badges, and ticketmaster confirmation emails.

This couldn't be done by the usual person commiting ticket fraud, but his job explains why he was so good at this.

I put myself at risk, because nobody was taking this seriously, and yes it's stupid, but at least he's learnt his lesson and won't be doing it again, and ruining people's days when they turn up to the event and get told they won't be let in.

I would of loved to buy my tickets from the company direct, but because they do not implement enough security feautures that are on many of the festival tickets these days, such as tickets linked to names, a market exists where tickets are resold for upto 200% profit, and tickets are quickly snapped up by touts, which leaves you with no other option if you want to go to the concert.

I went to the event today, and there was at least 50 people selling tickets outside, surely this could be stopped, or someone ask them to move on, but yet again, they weren't bothered.
