Just a word about continence services, when my autistic son was still in nappies we got as many as he needed (from the age of three), but I remember in a recent thread people said that these days in many areas they get a limited number (I think three a day). The dry-nites come in sizes to fit up to 57kg so up to teenage although would work out expensive for use all the time,aryi they also do some that look like boxers.

We spent many years trying with varying degrees of success to get my son out of nappies and the thing that worked best for us was aged nine taking him out of nappies altogether, even at night (he had never had a dry nappy at night) and he miraculously stayed dry all night.
