Finally got round to clearing the far end of the garden out and now have a lovely area about 2 m sq going begging!
So my question is what can i plant in it with it being June? I dont mind if from seed or if i need to go and buy some from the garden centre that have been started off...(just not carrots, lettuce, toms, chillis and peppers as i have loads on the go already) I saw some cabbages and cauli for sale ion my local fruit and veg shop but noticed my neighbour has had his out ages so dunno if its too late?
Also, are there any kinds of spuds that i could chit and start now? My earlies have just come right and they are wonderful, didnt want to start anymore until i know they would be ok!
Thnaks guys

You can do some spring onions spinach or oriental greens still.
Alan Romans have some limited late pots on their website now. You can also plant a second growing in august for harvesting at Christmas time. You can also plant French beans and dwarf beans too. Have fun!Feb GC: £200 Spent: £190.790 -
Oh. And you should be able to plant certain types of cabbage too but they need really hard ground so not good in raised beds etcFeb GC: £200 Spent: £190.790

You should just be able to squeeze in a wigwam of runners, or climbing french beans.0

Might be worth a visit to B&Q. I was in one on Friday and there were plenty of "grow your own" plants. OF course, with it being B&Q, a mixed bunch with some looking like they need a good watering.0
