City Break Recommendation- Not too hot

Hi
Well we've got a chance to go away for a few days ourselves in july (thanks to MIL.) I'd ideally like a citybreak but somewhere that isn't going to be too hot - I can just about cope with the heat we get in our country in the summer but not much hotter. I think our days of partying till breakfast in Ibiza are long gone, I'm more off the cocoa and slippers brigade now, we're more into sightseeing now
I have quite a few airmiles and am hoping to use them for the flights so cost isn't really a big issue. Does anyone have any recommendations of where we could go?
Thanks

Paris is great for a citybreak however could be hot in the summer. Prague is also great I went in January though I'm not sure what the weather is like in July.
Have a lovely trip.0
