options on msn messenger windows 7

just got a new netbook with windows 7
the msn messenger box needs an edit...i just want all my contacts in one catagory and to show either on /offline
at the moment im seeing co workers , friends , family , god knows what else
i can find option box to untick some of this , but no apply or ok button ...its not changing
anyone give me some pointers on how sort it to my liking

Options (by clicking on your name) > Layout > Display contacts by > Online StatusBack by no demand whatsoever.0 -

sussed it out..i was doing it right , but its on a small netbook , the ok /apply button is off the bottom of the screen and i cant drag it back
tried to change the option when logged on another comp...but its still same on netbook
basicly i need to resize or drag the option box so i can see the apply button?0
