Silly question - how can I take them - do I have to put them in my itunes or is there a way of keeping them for future use?

Get iTunes, Go onto Music Store, Hit "Free Song With Coca Cola, Redeem Song" and then press redeem song, put code in there.

Or you can just click here

Good job I checked otherwise I would have been in trouble selling used itune codes on eBay

rubber, I've got the itunes account set up - What I wanted to know was if I am giving the codes to whoever wins them on my charity auction will I still be able to transfer the code once I have put it in MY account?

There is a way to register an itunes account without even entering payment details
