Tesco value baby (plum) tomatoes are delicious at the moment, 69p for 250g. Just had some with my dinner. YUM!0

our local farm shop has nice tomatoes, they don't grow them themselves, but they taste better than supermarket. If i get them from supermarket i like the ones on the vine0

Asda has some posh ones that are on the vine. I can't remember what they are called but they are cherry vine tomatoes and are 2 packs for £2. Still not cheap but very tasty. They remind me of how tomatoes used to taste in my childhood0

Look for tomatoes grown in sunnier climates- they have better taste! Also look out for Isle of White tomatoes as they are quite well know for growing them well.0

Easy recipe for any cherry tomatoes: put in tin and baste with olive oil, cook for about 20mins in oven until skin starts to split. Taste AMAZING with steak. If vine type, you can leave the stalks on and it looks impressive. Stole this idea from the Hoxton when on a £1 night at the very beginning, we treated ourself to a meal there in the evening.0

Sounds lovely although the OP wants them for a salad so maybe cooking them is not sucha good idea, bet they would be nice with a steak though as you say :beer:I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
