I was fed up with the so called convenience and "peace of mind" my Homecare agreement provided.
It took 6 visits to repair a pump in my boiler. The wrong parts kept being ordered.
So I have now gone with the Boiler Manufacturer Worcester.
Today a really friendly knowledgeable engineer called to service the boiler and any faults are covered until renewal. The cost of this cover was £112 for a year. And they carry load sof parts on the vans and claim 97% of all repairs are done on the day.
