:T the gym :T well done you x

I think exercising is the way to get it off quicker.

My son who is 6 ft 3 (17yrs old) has started to do loads of fitness (cycling, swimming, jogging, push ups etc) and he has lost 1 and half stone (not that he was fat to start with!) he just wants to tone up his muscles and get really fit.

I just need some of his willpower to rub off on me :D

Keep up the good work Conf :Axx

  • hiya, hows everyone, how was peoples weekends? ours was really good, busy but good, we were naughty and treated ourselves this weekend, well we booked a santa special train journey for ds on xmas eve. It is £51 for the 3 of us, boris will be too little for us to pay and we had sufficient funds left over from last month to be able to justify doing it. It felt so good being able to book something like that for him, so I'm even more excited than what he is!
