i have cold like feeling again - but every on says its stress

im sat here any my mums with my feet up waiting for tea
I have a bit of shopping to do for butty stuff for tomorrow
then I am going to bed - as I have to pick someone up at 6am tomorrow in Runcorn when they finish work

He died yesterday, he was old and ill but its still a shock when it happens
