Oh no - one better than that

Last night did you notice that it took me a long time to log off after saying good night

Well the cats thought it was fun to jump in and out of the window when I wanted to go to bed.
Marge looked at me and I said you will be out all night if you run off - and she ran off.

Now my new bedroom is at the back of the house, and I opened the window as it was warm.

About 12:40 something was on my head - Marge! I dont know how she got in, she must have climbed up the extension at the back, and up the roof soom how (which isn't flat) to get in the window.

Then I had to get up to take her down as all the doors were closed so she couldn't get to the food or water.

I have to give it to her cleaver cat.

Yes I noticed your green light on!! The 'ckle monkey's :rotfl:

Clever Marge eh!! Not good at 12.40 though!!:D

Morning all, hope everyone is ok.

I have today woken up to the reality that is BR and allowances....

We are allowed £40 a month towards car repairs, so £480 a year right? Well that would be fine but my car is going to cost £754 to get it through the mot :( , oh and the garage have just callled and the turbo has gone as well, they can get one for under £1000, ok....

It was sooo easy when we could slap the Egg card on the counter and say get on and do it then, now I am sitting with a spreadsheet open fiddling with our SOA to try and work out how to get the money together!! Looks like it will be beans on toast for a while lol!!

£40 a month isn't really a great deal is it? especially when you consider that you are usually only allowed to keep older/cheap value cars, which are more likely to have something major go aren't they?

I don't know whether to laugh or cry right now, but instead will walk into town to get some milk, should do me good I guess :D

curly no we haven't, we have the grand total of £59 surplus a month (or around about that!)

We will get it sorted, dh has told them we can't give them it all now, but they don't have room in the garage to store the car 'til we do so I think they agreed they will do it and we will give what we can each month, it will be hard, and it is in no way ideal, the housekeeping will be pared back dramatically, the hols budget will have to be used, and so probably will some of the clothing, but we will get there, I would in some ways rather it like this and no that when it is paid it is paid iyswim, than have a credit card bill, but even so........... life is tough enough anyway, and it's just going to get tougher !

Still looking on the bright side, I may lose weight as I won't be able to afford to eat lol!! :D
