Car hire at Alicante Airport?

Does anybody know of a Car hire company at Alicante Airport? We would really like one that we can pick up the car at the airport rather than having to transfer to an offsite car rental place by bus.

Thanks

We always use https://www.email-car-hire.com when we fly into Malaga & they have an outlet in Alicante. Great prices for a Berlingo / Kangoo. Always get sent to the RECORD CAR HIRE desk to pick up the car. No charges until you collect car , 3 drivers & they don't charge for a tank of petrol up front.

I always use 'Carjet', cheapest I can ever find!
  • CarJet - We have used these a couple of times without any problems.Because they are very popular there is sometimes a long queue so if 1 of the party can go straight to the pick up desk whilst the others collect the baggage this can save time.
    Waddle you do eh?

From memory there are about 10 or 12 different companies, most of which are close to the exit of the terminal building. All the major ones plus Centaur, Sol Mar,etc.
This year I booked through Argus Car Hire in UK, and when I arrived at Alicante, had to go to Victoria Rent a Car. After about 45 minutes I found it on the top level of the car park, operating out of a Transit van. Having said that, the car was good and I had no problems.
I started my search from http://www.travelsupermarket.com/travelmerge/travelsearch.aspx?package=6 , and went with the cheapest.

Good luck and enjoy the break.

People like Carjet and Argus are just brokers/consolidators. Whoever you book with, you'll end up with a local supplier...Centauro, SolMar, Europa, Auriga, Iberocar, etc.
