I have one of these, but will be closing the thing down in a few weeks time when the 6% rate elapses.
My question regarding this is once I have closed my account is there anything to stop me opening up another one a few weeks later, using the switching service and obtaining the £100 incentive ? Or because I have benefited from the £100 before am I therefore ineligible to get the £100 from them ?
Yes, they are !!!!, their online banking sucks and I have reason to complain about one of their branch staff, but when you have a chance of £100 for so little effort and 5% interest for a year, well.....
Anyway, would be interested to find out the answer to this. Also, what would the case be if I were to do through Quidco for the second time ?
Thanks.

"This offer isn’t available if you already hold or have held one of our current accounts or a Santander UK, cahoot or Cater Allen current account in the last 3 months."
The Premier Account does not pay 5% interest.
The account that pays 5% is the Premiier Direct Account the £100 switching incentive does not apply if you switch to that account.

Thanks for assisting with that.
Yeah, my mistake re: the type of account. I forgot that I had to re-designate to the other that pays the higher rate. That is what I would do again, tbh...0
