What exactly is classed as "full time" at University for funding?

I have been made an offer for 1st year or 2nd year entry on my degree course. I have since pointed out to the university that I cannot actually meet the requirement for year 2 entry because my current OU course exam is not until October and they need confirmation I have passed by the end of August.
Their suggestion has been to count my previous OU course as year 1 meaning I do 3 year 1 modules instead of 6, and my current level 2 course as year two, meaning again I will only have to do 3 modules, not 6. In theory this sounds good, but will this mean i'm not a full time student so not entitled to the full funding?
Why is nothing ever straight forward...

What does your university say they will class you as? Will they be charging your tuition fees as a part-time student or a full time student?0

The answer, say the University, is full time because it will still be competed in 3 years. The admissions tutor inexpectedly emailed me; i wasn't expecting them to be working this week."On behalf of teachers, I'd like to dedicate this award to Michael Gove and I mean dedicate in the Anglo Saxon sense which means insert roughly into the anus of." If you're enrolled on a full time course, you'll be ok for funding. Sounds to me as if you are, so you're fine, even with the reduced modules.0
