Help Needed - eBay auction villa rental missold

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone could give me legal advice and perhaps how i would go about resolving a problem i have.
In November i successfully bid and won an auction listing on ebay for the 1 week rental of a large villa in Spain in June this year, my winning bid was £2700. The villa rental had been given my its owner to a charity who were running a number of auctions on ebay. On the listing they advised to visit the website of the villa to see full details. On the website they stated that 3 cars came with the villa and were available to use subject to drivers being over 26 and subject to paying 500 EUROs insurance. Before i placed my bid i contacted the ebay seller and asked to clarify that the 3 cars were indeed included. They messaged me back saying that they were subject to the 500 euro insurance cost. I then bid and won the auction and paid the amount. In February i was contacted by the owner of the villa who told me the deal with the cars had changed and that it was now 500 euro per car not for all 3. They told me that shortly after the ebay auction they changed their website and the original deal no longer stood. I protested and they offered me the 3 cars at a rate of 750 euros. I never agreed or refused this offer as i was hoping closer to the time of the holiday to get them to agree to honour the original deal. It is now 2 weeks before i leave for the villa and the deal has now changed again. Im now being told it is 990 euros rental for the cars plus a further 900 deposit which is refundable if no damage to the cars happens.
I have a copy of the message sent to me from the ebay seller that stated the cars were available for the 500 euros. Im resigned to going now and not having the use of any cars however i feel i have been missold. On my return i would like to try and seek some sort of partial refund as my bid on ebay was based on the answer to my question that cars were included and i simply had to pay 500 euros insurance cover to use them. Does anyone have any advice as where i can go to seek this ?
Many Thanks
