bathroom pipe size question

Hello all, planning on replacing our bathroom suite soon so I've got a quick question about pipe sizes.

Our bath currently takes an age to fill. We have 15mm pipes throughout the house for hot and cold water. We have a combi boiler and no hot or cold water storage tanks.

I have read some people suggesting that it's a good idea to use 22mm pipe to the bath taps.
Is it worth me putting 22mm pipe from the boiler to the bath?
(I assume there's no point as the rest of our system, including the mains is 15mm, but I thought I'd ask just incase)

Also, is it normal for the mains water to come in through a 15mm pipe?

if your incoming mains is 15mm, and the flow and return from the boiler is 15mm, there is no point in supplying your bath with 22mm unfortunately

Yes it will only make the hot water get aireated if you fit 22mm pipe.
