Hi All,

Feel the need for a rant this morning:mad: , at 12:30am on the 24th august some theiving gits stole my partners range rover!!!.
he heard the engine start, ran outside to try and stop them and they went for him..he had to jump out of the way.

I am so angry about this, how dare they take something that isn't theres in the first place and second then try to run over the owner!!!!
Who do these people think they are!!!

Just incase any of you see it, its a range rover in oxford blue, the windows have a slight tint and reg is . It is absolutly immaculute!!!!
(just incase i wasnt supposed to put that)
Bless him..he is heartbroken and is left with no works vehicle.
To the people who stole it..not that they will be on here because they will be so minted from all there car thefts....I hope you rot in hell.

God i am so angry!!!!

sorry folks, now got all the nightmare of insurance etc.

oh joy
Thanks for listening

In the unlikely event that they ever get caught (police resources) they will probably get away with a caution - or aybe sent on an adventure holiday:rolleyes:
Just as well, though, your OH did not stop them - he would probably get two years for assault:rolleyes:

    Rog2,

How right you are, The police didn't come until last night at about 8pm.
God if he'd have stopped them he would be sent down for murder.

I have been looking everywhere after work, I will find it!!!

Maybe I can make you feel slightly better if you know that you're not alone. I bought a beautiful old 1969 Triumph GT6 and sent it to a Triumph specialist in Greenwich to have it put in perfect condition. While it was in there, kids broke into the garage, crashed my car through the garage doors and used it as a dodgem, crashing into 13 other cars that were also in for repair. It was destroyed.

Then last week, having just moved into my new flat, I came out to find that my new pride and joy - my Ducati motorbike - had been nicked in the night. Our new building's cctv had been installed - but not turned on.

Try to keep your head up - these things can be really upsetting, but you do have something of a choice between being miserable and carless or happy and carless...

I hope you get it back, and if you catch them, can you check their garage for a Ducati?

do you have the spare key for it?
I read somewhere about a woman who had her car stolen and then a while later saw it parked outside someones house. She called the police and told them and got her keys and drove it home!!

Oh god, i'm so sorry to hear that, Its horrible isn't it, Wouldn't be so bad but they just blatently do not care that this is someones pride and joy, I also have a bike and would be distraught if that got stolen, about time we toughened up on these scummy people.

Will take a leaf out of your book and not let it get me down, just wonder why we bother sometimes you know.

I hope your Ducati turns up hun.
