Really poor looking website and on hold for ages on the phone.
What are people's experiences? Only interested in their fixed term bond so would apply by post.

I have no personal experience of KR but would not use a Building Society with an overseas based call centre.0

Agree their postal service is fine. They have off-shored a lot of their ops to India, but if you're opening a bond you're very unlikely to see any evidence of this. Good on them for cutting costs and being able to offer some competitive products on the back of this.0
