I have "DONE" this years allowance in my ISA.

I have £5000 to put into a savings account, anyone point me in the right direction please.

I bank with Abbey, am located in Scotland and would prefer to have easy access if poss.

Lloyds TSB Vantage 4%. Check T&Cs. All instant access, but lose interest. You need to cycle £1K in and out.

Personally I'd cycle it to Halifax Reward account, to get another £5.
