No they wouldn't allow it, and that "person" is using the name of paypal illegally. Paypal would never endorse such !!!!e, they get enough money out of ebay customers!

Much better I've seen this poster post the same crap quite a few times, I'm not too sure what paypal would think of it though.

Out of the 1000's of people who fall into these pyramid schemes, if they get a cut of every $ sent they might not even care about closing it.

Then again, who knows how the mind of paypal works with some of the chargebacks etc that we've seen on here!

So how would you go about reporting it to paypal? I'm going to copy the text (because I think it will be deleted shortly) and send it to paypal, question is where?

You can't report it to e-Bay as it doesn't have anything to do with their listings/auctions (unless someone has a listing with that info on it, then you can use their report form)

I doubt Paypal can do anything about it, it's just people sending money to other people but I don't think they would endorse it in any way.
