she turns 2 next month :D and i think she is probably settled now as she is very advanced with her motor skills - shame we still have to work to get words out of her but then why should she talk when she can get what she wants most of the time without saying much :D

Gonzo, This was exactly what my neice was like. Used to sit on my mum's knee with my mum saying to her 'When are you going to start talking, I know you can understand what I am saying'. She's now highly intelligent, reads a lot and is studying to be a child psychologist. We think she just did a lot of thinking in those two years.

Right I have a house to clean....remember the one you lot persuaded me not to clean yesterday!! Boyfriend turns up at about 10 tonight so no more slacking. Hope he doesn't go in the spare room as it's resembling Mount Everest.

I hope you will excuse me I have to go and buy another two traps for mices. How big are their gangs? That's two!

ha that sounds like her, knows exactly what we are saying just doesnt talk to us much oh well i probably should make the most of her being quiet as when she starts talking i probably wont get her to shut up

whats the phrase - you spend the first few years of their life teaching them to walk and talk and the rest of their life telling them to shut up and sit down

Off to make bacon sarnies for my two sat here revising for their exams. Feel sorry for them.....it's not nice having to revise in this lovely weather but they know it needs to be done. This is the last chance they'll get before they start back next week, and they've both got 2 exams every day that week.
