They do seem to be very bad at replying to emails. I phoned them yesterday, they said they have been having problems. But apparently a payment run was done on Friday which should have processed all of the backlog. He said that BACS payments should appear in your account by Wednesday this week, cheque payments should arrive within 10 days. So fingers crossed for tomorrow ....

I've given up trying to email them, I think phoning is the way to go.

I was told when i rang Fri that theyd done a payment run the day before, on the Thursday so dont know if theyre telling porkies or what..Its worse than me waiting for a payment as its my kids,theyve done really well doing the surveys for months,checking every day for new ones.My youngest whos 12 wants to put his £20 towards the new super mario wii game and has been saving up his pocket money as well.I think we should all have had an e-mail from them appologizing for the delay,no apolology on the phone either and ive rang twice now!

I agree, my son likewise has already earmarked his payment to treat himself.

Just a thought - given that Onepoll is recommended on this site, is there a possibility that one of the mods could phone them to see what's happening. I don't know if this is the done thing, but maybe someone from this board may carry a bit more clout than us mere mortals ? Just a thought, don't know how we'd go about requesting this ?

A good idea,i dont know how to do this either.Lets see what happens tomorrow,though my Halifax account can be a bit behind showing payments.

Checked my online bank account and still no money in!!Can see a phone call coming up yet again!

Mine arrived this morning - it may be worth giving it a couple of days to see if yours arrives, I don't know if different banks take different amounts of time to process BACS payments ?

My son's cheque arrived today, we requested it about 8 weeks ago. Better late than never though !!!

Im very pleased to say my 2 sons payments are in the bank at last!They will be so pleased when i tell them!
