Did you have any luck with your YoungPoll payment ? I'm in a similar situation - my son request the £20 over 3 weeks ago, and no sign of it yet.

I'm loathe to bad-mouth them, as the main OnePoll site has been very good and has always paid promptly with no problems at all. But they do seem to be rather reluctant to reply to emails.

Can you keep the thread updated, please? My two boys are just coming up to payment level and I would like to know if we're going to have problems.

Likewise - still no money in my account. The Onepoll payments have always been prompt, looks like Youngpoll are having problems .... ( though I would have thought it's the same company using the same systems ? )

Good to know we are not alone, my son has been waiting for about 5 weeks for his £20, emailed them 3 times but no answers at all.
