income support or job seekers allowance?

hi everyone, this is my first time posting although i've been reading this forum for some time now. I wish someone can help me.

basically, im married with a baby of 1 year old. I've been a student since 2007 and will be graduating this summer. my husband is a non-british national and therefore struggle to find a job in this country hence he looks after baby at home while i attend university. currently im getting student support (loan, grants, etc), child tax credit, child benefit and housing benefit. Our living depend largely on the student support. however, as im graduating this summer and will not be entitled to student support anymore. Im just wondering if income support or job seekers allowance are the option while i look for a job? will I be entitle to those?

also the flat we are renting at the moment cost £450 and housing benefit pays roughly 2/3 of it. will I be entitle to more of housing benefit?

well... these are my questions and I really wish someone can have the answer of these for me. Thank you very much! any help will be appreciated!! xxx

You can claim when you officially finish uni - the date the uni says you finish.

Unless you're a carer or single parent, you can't claim income support - will have to be JSA.

You can claim income support as long your child is under 10 years old.

Yes you are correct there! I didn't read it proper. Sorry.
