Do I have to wait for 30 days for a refund for my car insurance?

    Just recieved the following email-

    Dear Mr. *****,,

    Thank you for your email.

    I am sorry about the delay with regard to your refund. This is due to an internal audit that has resulted in the delay. I have forwarded your details as urgent to our payments department who shall be issuing you with a refund shortly.

    ecar (ebaike and evan) are online only policies.
    This works well 99% of the time, but when you do need to call them it's a real nightmare.

    I will be changing to a better insurer next year, even if it's more expensive.
