1. The offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Promoter employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the prize draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries must be via the official entry form. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
4. Proof of sending cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Incomplete, illegal or misdirected entries will not be accepted.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 9th June 2010. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries.
7. Two winning entries will be drawn at random on 10th June 2010. The two winners shall receive one pair of Grandstand Admission Tickets to Royal Ascot each, for Thursday 17th June 2010. The winner will be notified by Friday 11th June 2010 and must be available to attend the event. Travel costs and expenses are not included.
8. The winner will be notified by phone. Please ensure a correct phone number is provided & that you will be contactable on this number on the week of the draw.
9. Dress code for the Grandstand Admission ticket: Ladies are required to dress in a manner appropriate to a smart occasion. Many wear hats, although this is not essential. Gentlemen must wear a shirt & tie or shall be denied entry. The day begins at 10.30am when gates open, and ends around 6pm.
10. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
13. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. The name of the winner will be available by sending an S.A.E. to L'Or!al (UK) ltd, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 6 weeks of the draw date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
16. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
