Club Membership Access Database

Hi, I am the chairman of a small football for girls. Does anyone have or can suggest where I can get, for free, a membership database. I want to use to log basic details such as name, address, date of birth, parents names and contact numbers etc and would also like to link it to payment of annual fees and monthly subscriptions.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. I am a novice at Access, but pick technical things up quickly. I have Access 2003 and can get 2007 if required.

Do you mean you would like to capture fixed prices such as p.a £60.00 p.m £5.00

-Or-

Are you wanting to log peoples transactions? and are you wanting it to payable online if this is the case?

If it is the first option I can't see why you can't use access to make your own to create a system just for you

I would like the database to be able to record annual membership fees, monthly subscriptions and any other payments. I know that Access is capable of doing this, it is my inexperience of creating databases that is the problem. So I am looking for a template to work from.

ah ok, If you can not find a template contact me and we can talk more about your specifications. I won't be charging you as it something that I can do with all of my spare time.

Access 07 has quite a number of templates built in. I think there is a club type one there.
