Having trouble removing HP software.

I'm trying to remove some HP software from my laptop. I've tried though 'add/remove programmes' but it doesn't budge, and also from the startup menu/HP/uninstall, but again, it won't budge.
I don't have the original disk, and I can't work out how I can remove it.
Some of the software includes
-Customer participation programme 7.0
-Hp photosmart premier software 6.5
-hp photosmart/document viewer/officejet/deskjet 7.0
-Imaging device 7.0
Any ideas?
