What have I done to Virgin?

Hi,I just thought you might be interested in my experience in trying to get a price for adding home phone, all calls and TV to my current Virgin Broadband package. Do you think that they don’t want my custom!!!!

1. I visited the website but there is no information about the price for increasing your existing package - only for signing up for new.
2. I telephoned and was told that they could not answer my call for 15 minutes - all on a premium rate phone line at my expense - no chance.
3. I emailed from the website 3 days ago - no reply yet
4. I emailed in reply to a marketing email received from the ‘Virgin Media Team’ and got an automated reply referring me to the web site and saying that they could not deal with my enquiry.
5. I emailed from the HomePhoneChoices.co.uk website and still no reply.

Any suggestions?
