Not a rant but praise.
Needed a new fridge so ordered one from here.
rang me to tell me payment hadn't gone through (i'd used wrong address) sorted that.
Gave me a 2 hour time slot in which the drivers turned up.
one of the drivers came in first asked where it was going (up one flight of stairs) said fine checked the walls for damage (apparently people try to pin stuff on them). Fridge carried upstairs sorted.
My praise really is for the 2 hour time slot and keeping to it. Don't know how many times i've waited in for 9 hours for delivery and even after ringing up have been told they cannot give me any approximate time.
Never understood why companies can't do this a driver will plan his drops and know roughly where he will be.
