Hi, I run catering company part time and have just met a client that would require my service on a daily basis.
I would like to know how to create a contract for the service, as I do not want to invest in equipment and deny potential new business just to be let down.
The food will be prepared in my premises, using my equipment and delivered to their business.
Any advice will be much appreciated.:)

If you Pm an email address to me, I can send you a standard 'Supply of goods contract (pro supplier)' and some guidance notes to point you in the right direction.
This contract is from Practical Law Company (most solicitors use these).0 -

Consider joining the FSB, it's £50 to join and £100 pa, i think. But it includes lots of legal contracts and a legal helpline, as well as legal cover and employment cover etc. I have found it a well invested £100.
