The have mainly resellers, only give it x2 name servers and dont seem intrested in resolving disputes. I signed up for hosting through fractix, to whom were okay until it came to renewal, they let my domain name expire without telling me you cant contact them in anyway shape or form either.
Now I have signed up on ebay through a seller called, iclickster which although they say they have been in business for years are in fact resellers and share the same dns and servers. I got to find this out as the reseller could not add me as I was already under another resellers account. Heart wanted to allow 7 days, wouldnt contact by phone or honour my request to delete my data. I had to pay £11.25 to nominet just to even move the tag to another provider as they wouldnt do it, how does anyone run a business with people like this. avoid heart internet and reseller hosting providers.

Yes, there seems to be a lot of this since the domain was registered in 2000 by Lee Speakman
Though, im a bit confused as to how a company registered with companys house (heart-internet) in 2003, registered a domain 3 years before it existed!!
Anyone know if this Lee Speakman works for this.. heart internet?0 -
Avoid Heart Internet they will automatically try and renew your domain name with a credit card you have to set up with them, if the card expires they still renew and then send out emails saying they will pass to a debt recovery agency and contact credit reference agencies.
This is the email they sent to me today
Despite previous warnings an attempt to renew the following product has failed:-
domain (.org.uk Renewal) = £5.58+VAT
Reason:Your card has expired
The product has now been disabled. Please log into your control panel and update the payment details:-
If payment is not received within 7 days this matter will be passed to a debt collection agency. If the debt remains unpaid we reserve the right to pass these details to a credit reference agency.
Best Wishes,

Did you even read the T&Cs when you signed up?
http://www.heartinternet.co.uk/terms/hi-terms.html17.3 Once the domain name has been successfully registered, it will need to be renewed periodically to ensure you retain your registration of it. We will send you renewal notices thirty (30) days and seven (7) days before the renewal date of your registered domain name. These notices will be sent to the email address then registered against your account. You hereby authorise us to automatically renew the domain name for you unless you have cancelled the Domain Registration and Renewal Service in accordance with clause 20.1.1. The price for the renewal will be as set out in the renewals page of the customer administration area https://customer.heartinternet.co.uk/manage/renewals.cgi?SU=PRICES and will be charged against one of the payment methods then registered against your account.0
