cant get the claim form

im doing a summer job for 7 months and was told i could claim working tax credits because it is low paid i rang them up (for 3 days) and eventually got through to a man who says yes you are entitled to 52 pound a week (fantastic) but i have to go in for a interview as they dont know who i am as ive never claimed before they have my addresss my nat insurance number and i could send my passport or other photo id. I cant get in as i am working away.anyone know how i can get around this ??

the short version of the answer is no, you can't get round it!
you can request for the claim to be backdated when you eventually get the claim pack (max 93 days).
Why don't you request the appointment at the nearest enquiry centre for your work instead of home and go on lunch?Saving money like a trouper...0 -
