Hi every one sorry if this is a double post but i wasn’t able to find what i need to know.
ok so basikly i applied for a student account with Halifax and it was declined, i am 100% sure i haven’t been in det as i am very careful with my money, I did an Experian credit report and it had nothing to show me i have a neutral credit rating and no outstanding payments,
but here’s the thing i have been trying to appeal against the decision, i have sent 3 letters one though mail other two i took to the branch this is over a period of 2 months i have called many times getting thrown around departments and promised call backs on several occasions and herd nothing back, i have been in and no one has been able to explain to me as to why i haven’t received a student account although one person mentioned it might have to do with my address but my house mate applied for a debit card not long ago and got that fine.
Basically i am out of ideas i can’t get help from any one, and feel i have been messed about enough now.
ps i am in my 3rd year of uni on a 4 year course, i am 21, i have a phone contract and have confirmation i will be receiving loans next year. i also have a full time job atm.
Thanks
