Temporary Car Insurance

hi guys,

Would appreciate help wit this.

Im going away for the weekend and need to insure myself on my brothers car but no insurance company so far will insure me due to the fact i've only been driving for 9 months, even though im 25.

Anyone know anyone who would do temporary insurance with me only having a full licence for 9 months?

Thanks

Some companies do a FREE 7day policy for just getting an insurance quote with them...no obligation, they will just take some details and post you the quote. You dont even need to cancel it if you dont want it, but you are also sent an FOC cover note covering you for 7days on the car in question...

No age or licence restrictions as far as I know?!

Ask your brother to put you on his policy.

can you have 2 different people insured with 2 different policies on 1 car?

Yes. What do you think happens when you drive someone elses car under the "any other vehicle" cover on your policy.

There are plenty of insurance companies doing short term insurance from as little as one day.

Is it your brothers car or a company car.
