i have to credit cards with ppi insurance on the which i never new i had i dont have the agreements can i still claim back the ppi?

And yes you can, for you to not know the ppi was added until now, you do have a a case to reclaim. They may get back and state, you must have been aware because you signed the agreement etc etc, but don't back down, many used to think it was all part of whole thing.

Complete questionnaire now instead of a letter, these are new and recently issued by the financial ombudsman service (FOS), you will find further down the page on link below, complete and keep a copy in case you need to refer to it later on.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond, - post within post office for proof of delivery.
