    oh well, still no news on the job. My colleague hasn't heard either. Last time I went for an interview at the same place (2.5 years ago) I never did hear if I'd got the job. I'm guessing I didn't.......

    Should have been yesterday, either way. The job was about the money/location rather than the 'excitement' of it being a good job, ie something I'd want to jump out of bed for in the morning so I'm a bit torn about not hearing - I need the money, I am not bothered about the job itself.

    they have a weird system where all jobs have to go through various people in HR and then it has to be approved by the Executive (whoever that is) and then they make the offer. Seems a long and drawn out malarkey really.
