I have had an email back from my manager and she says not to worry...I just feel bad that I put them in a position where they had to fend off the bigwigs iykwim.

Funny old day.....went to look at a classroom first thing I am going to teach in next week so a not too early start at work, no news on the job, call from the solicitor to have a bit of a rant about a few points the medical people have mucked up with (and to say he's going to ask for a small interim payment to pay me back for medication, travel, expenses etc, I just listened to him rant on and nod on the phone!), an email I thought had been seen but hasn't been which I feel about generally and a false fire alarm at work meaning a few minutes standing outside in the sunshine.

yeah, fine, it's in relation to the car accident. The initial consultant was supposed to ask for ID and didn't and I mentioned this when the report was done. Seems I might have to go back and just show ID to prove it was me who was seen 3 months ago because it's important now with the amount of fraud that takes place apparently, but the solcitor has also got confused between one of the physio sessions I had (with a chronic pain specialist physio) and me now being referred to a chronic pain specialist, he has got himself into a bit of a muddle. All bit confusing but I've told the solicitor who I've seen etc and he now gets who should be contacting me next - do I get a cut of his salary for organising him?!

BB - car insurance claims are ridiculous, I haven't heard anything since the end of March Must start chasing them up.
