Don't forget deep breaths and consciously make sure your muscles are relaxed, like if you find yourself gritting your teeth or clenching yor fists take a deep breath to disperse it.
And try and stick some of these tips round your mirror as if you're that nervous you won't even know your name tomorrow let alone remembering any tips!!!

Wishing you both all the very best for tomorrow xx

ETA: touch your fingertips together and close your eyese whilst taking deep breaths too

  • Hope you both have fantastic days tomorrow and wonderful lives together xxx

A nice bubble bath with a few drops of lavender + geranium oil will help calm any frazzles :)
I love food, hate waste and have a penchant for sparkly things ::D

Trying to find a work life balance...:rotfl:

I've got two words for you one is !!!!!! and the other one is off lol

I paid an extra £7 to get it "insured" so if i do decide to run over another nail or anything I will get money off so to speak :) the last time I got one was december same bloody side same bloody tyre had to pay £100 that time too so it wasn't even 5 months old!!! I'm not having much luck.

I'm in a bad bad mood tonight dunno if I'm going to shake out of it by tomorrow :(
