    It is highly unlikely you will be prosecuted for the overpayment you stated. The fact you explained it all at IUC will stand in your favour and sounds like official error anyway. Unfortunately an overpayment is an overpayment and they will want the money back. It is incumbent on you to pay it back as it will hang over you until you have.
