Someone has damaged my car!

It isn't much damage, but enough to  me. Its a brand new 10 plate!

person i suspected was abusive and claimed it wasn't him as he hadn't moved his own car.
This leaves me with no one to blame and scratches and a dent to fix

Would it be possible to fix it myself? I will upload a picture later, but all it is is some black marks/scratches on my white bumper and the bit joining the bumper to the side panel, the side panel is dented at the joint.

if i got it done professionally, what bills i am likely to face?

Agreed, either pay a professional repairer or claim from your insurers.
