Constantly Being Asked to Log In to Ebay

Any one else having problems logging in? I seem to be in a loop. After logging in it returns me to the log in page but there is nothing saying that user name or password is incorrect.
They obviously don't need my business!

I had that the other day on Firefox, logged in using IE & it was ok again.0

2 suggestions. Firstly, clear your cookies (Tools > Options > Privacy > Use Custom Settings > Show Cookies > Remove All Cookies, that's in Firefox not sure how if you're using another browser).
Also, are all your ebay fees paid? If you try to list something and owe them more than their limit, they'll make you go back to the login screen, and not let you proceed with the listing, it'll just loop round back to the login screen.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

Hi, I had this with Ebay, Yahoo and Quidco. I tried everything -settings, virus scans etc... In the end I restored my laptop and it's OK now (touch wood). I think it may have been some type of virus because I've heard of others having the same problem.0

I frequently get this, I think it's a cookie problem.
Try:
- restarting your browser
- a different browser (Chrome, Opera, etc...)
- clear your browsers cache/cookies
Restarting fixed it for me, I'm on Firefox .:: No unapproved links in signatures please - MSE Forum Team ::0 -
I had this earlier in the week. I use a bookmark from my LINKS bar to log into Ebay for speed/ease. It sent me on a loop. Clearing cookies, removing the link and replacing it worked for me in IE.0

Thanks everyone. Yes, I am using Firefox. I closed it all down after a frustrating time and on starting up it is all fine this morning.
Do you think it is a quirk in FF or Ebay coding to suit MS? (I'd suspect the latter!).0 -

It's ebay. Happens with all browsers. There are more and more glitches in the system. I have trouble every day accessing the feedback pages.0

There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -
