Hi, I am hoping someone could clarify if the distance selling regulations apply to reconditioned goods?

If so any evidence to back that view up?

    Yes, any business to consumer transactions over distance mediums regardless of what is being bought (bar the usual exclusion like software etc)
    Back by no demand whatsoever.
