Sky Email log in problem

Can anyone help me please? I can log into my Sky account, it recognises me even tells me how many emails I have! but when I try to get into email it shows this (new) page asking me to log in again. https://www.google.com/a/sky.com/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue When I do, it tells me that my details are incorrect? All the advice that I can find is to change my password but worry that I won't be able to access my account at all then. Also Sky offer to email me with my correct password which isn't a lot of help if I can't access it!
Sorry, I'm not very technical but hope that I've explained it ok. I would be grateful for any advice, hoping to save hours on phone to 'support'!

I'm having the same issue too - it was fine 2 weeks ago so i've no idea why it's even changed??? Am sure it never used to go to a google page before?

Thanks JemJampot it seems to be working again today although sometimes it's opening with a new sky.com page. As long as I can get in! Maybe Sky are working on some updating? I hope your email is up and running too.:j
