I just planted up a lovely wooden alpine planter and noticed the sempervivium had thrown out a couple of what looks like babies - anyone know if they root easy if I just snip off and plant up?

Yes you can just snip or break them off and pot them up into alpine soil mix (gritty mix). Alternatively, I like to plant them into a hole in my wall and push some soil around them to settle them in.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

What a lovely idea might go for the hole in wall option - thankyou
