Unfair Charges At A&L - still no response!

I wrote to A and L at the end of May reclaiming £170 a bank charges. I got a letter confirming they received the letter, and then another a month later apologising for the delay in processing my request. Since then I've heard nothing, and it's now three months since my letter. Are they trying to ignore me? Anyone else had a delay in a decision by A&L?

Write to them again threatening to go to court over it and ask for interest on the sum charged at 8%. They should reply...If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.

yes you need to make sure you are keeping them on their toes!
give them 7-14 days to reply if they dont reply within that time then go a head with the warnings and finally court action.
